Thomas P. Widmer - President & CEO
Mr. Widmer began his banking career in 1967 with US Bank where he was employed in various capacities for 12 years. Mr. Widmer joined Valley State Bank in 1979 and continued his employment with Centennial Bank following their merger in 1982. Mr. Widmer served as a member of the Executive Committee of Centennial Bank and was Senior Vice President and Manager of the Eugene Commercial Banking Center at the time of his retirement in 1999. Mr. Widmer is a graduate of the University of Oregon and Pacific Coast Banking School.
Michael J. Nysingh – Senior Vice President & CFO
Mr. Nysingh began his banking career in 1970 with US Bank where he was employed in various capacities for nine years. Mr. Nysingh joined Centennial Bank in 1979 and was Senior Vice President and Cashier at the time of his retirement in 2001. Mr. Nysingh also served as a member of the Executive Committee of Centennial Bank, as Chief Financial Officer of Centennial Bancorp and Director and Chief Financial Officer of Centennial Mortgage Company.
Collin Alspach – Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer
Mr. Alspach began his banking career in 1964 with US Bank where he was employed in various capacities for 16 years. Mr. Alspach joined Valley State Bank in 1980 and continued his employment with Centennial Bank following their merger in 1982. Mr. Alspach served as Senior Vice President and Loan Administrator at the time of Centennial Bank’s acquisition by Umpqua Bank where he continued his employment until April, 2003. Mr. Alspach is a graduate of the University of Oregon.
Melinda Tippets – Senior Vice President Operations / Human Resources
Ms. Tippets began her banking career in 1972 with First National Bank of Oregon. Ms. Tippets joined Centennial Bank in 1982 as a New Account Representative. Ms. Tippets served as Senior Vice President and Manager of Administrative Services and Loan Services Departments at the time of Centennial Bank’s acquisition by Umpqua Bank where she continued her employment until 2004. Ms. Tippets is a graduate of the Northwest Intermediate Banking School.
